Can we leave our luggage with you before check-in?
Yes, you can. You can leave your luggage with us before check-in and after check-out. We have no particular fixed time for this, so you can leave your luggage with us from early in the morning.
Can we take our meals in our room?
You can take dinner in your room.
We may prepare (private) dining rooms for guests staying in groups.
Do you have non-smoking rooms?
The entire hotel is non-smoking. (There is a smoking room in the lobby on the first floor.)
Do you have a private bath?
No, we don't have a private bath per se.
How about staying in one of our special guest rooms with a Japanese cypress bath, or one of our superior room with a bath and small garden or a bath which is like being in a cave?
Is there a curfew?
No, there isn't. However, please notify the front desk is you are leaving the ryokan after 22:00.
Is there a bath and toilet in the guest room?
Yes, all rooms are equipped with a bath and a toilet.
However, the Deluxe room, Nos. 403, 405 and 406, have a shower cabinet instead of a bathtub.
All toilets are equipped with bidet function.
Can I stay with my pet?
We regret that we do not allow pets other than partner dogs or guide dogs into guest rooms.
We can provide information on pet hotels.
Do you have a parking lot?
We have two parking spaces. Parking spaces are available on a first-come first-serve basis.
We will provide information on paid parking lots in the event that neither of our free parking spaces is available.
The fee for our partner parking lot is 1,800 yen for 24 hours.
However, we may be unable to arrange a parking space if your car exceeds the dimensions below.
* Length 4.8 m or more, height 2.1 m or more, width 1.9 m or more.
What time is dinner / breakfast?
Dinner is served at the time of your choice between 17:00 and 20:00.
Breakfast is served from 7:00 to 8:30.
